{{Which/doc}} is a template that puts a small, in-line message in the body of text which asks the question "which?". It's used when statements are vague, in order to get some sort of greater precision.

For instance, you might consider using this template in situations like these:

Several incarnations[which?] of the Doctor liked cricket.
A few planets[which?] disagreed with the Federation's ambitions.
Two models of K9[which?] had the ability to levitate.

These all do the same thing, but put different, contextually-appropriate phrases into the body of the article:

This indicates that a statement, as worded, makes so little sense that you can't figure out how to improve it. It's not meant as a statement of incredulity. You're not saying with this that you don't believe the statement. You're saying that it's so poorly written that you have no idea what the statement means.
