Lammers was a 20th century human explorer. During his travels, he was captured by the Ugrakks, who kept him as a slave. The Third Doctor helped him defeat the Ugrakks. (COMIC: The Ugrakks)

It is unknown if he continued to travel with the Doctor or if this was his last trip in the TARDIS.
