Phee Laws was a young human girl, A-grade and daughter of Jo Laws and sister to Sam Laws and Casey Laws. She was very protective of her siblings and maturely took her place as the sensible member of the family. Living on *the Mnemosyne Cincture she and her friend MMAC rescued the Second Doctor, Zoe Heriot and Jamie McCrimmon and helped them to discover the ancient machine, Arkive within the core of *Mnemosyne itself.
