Jenny Maguire was a major in the United Intelligence Taskforce. She aided Sergeant Annie Frederick in the attempted coverup of several alien invasions. She had met the Doctor at least once, although she seemed to be annoyed by others' awe of him. (WEB : unit.org.uk)
