Magnus Soames was, inside the Blue Fire System, the person who received Sally Morgan, when she arrived at Blue Fire House. He also was the cook for the house. He made excellent coffee according to the Seventh Doctor, this was in Blue Fire system. Outside this system he was a Doctor who created the system.
