Agnes Bates was the local midwife and nurse, she was believed to be a witch. She cared for the village of Tranchard's Fell even through her exile from the village. She was hunted down by the copies of her children Lucern and Finicia. She could channel Odic energy. Due to an intervention by John Kincaid, she was transformed into a witch as all the Odic energy what was stored in the Varoxyl's Witch Gem was released on her. (AUDIO: The Witch From the Well)
