John Vallan was the President of Stronghaven on Draxine. He wanted to spend funds on scientific interest rather than security, which he had to do when an army of skeletons. After threats by what he though was the President of Garrack, he reduced the amount of security and because of that action he was deposed by Meera. He later discovered that it was his predecessor, Karnex who was threatening him. (AUDIO: Army of Death)
