Assistant Commissioner Strickland was the senior police officer. Sip Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen had killed Strickland and attacked Jackie Tyler and Mickey Smith upon discovering their connection to the Ninth Doctor. (TV: Aliens of London)
