Kalinda Ulrik was the facility director of the Vault of Stellar Curios. Her older brother was General Ulrik. She met multiple version of The Doctor, first the Fifth Doctor when he was fixing a chronon leakage, then the Eighth Doctor. (AUDIO: The Four Doctors)
