Doctor Who and the Dalek Invasion of Earth (novelisation)

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Novelisation

  • This novelisation is based on the original television serial generally referred to as DW: The Dalek Invasion of Earth which included individual episode titles and was shown from 21st November 1964 and written by Terry Nation.
  • The cover and information shown on the right is for the original Target novel and featured the artwork of Chris Achilleos. In the absence of an accurate photo reference, the Roboman shown on the cover does not resemble what audiences had seen on-screen and more closely resembles a Roboman from the film version Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150 AD, though not exactly. The Dalek Saucer also resembles the one seen in the film. (See below for information on other UK and international editions which published with a different cover).

  • The Black dalek is larger than the other daleks whereas in the t.v story the only difference is that he is black and NOT any larger.
