Secretary (Tardisode 10). In DWMSE 14, the production notes of Tardisode 11 call this charcter "Secretary". Certainly that role makes more sense serving tea than a cleaner.

A cleaner was the servant of Victor Kennedy. She was bringing him tea when he found LINDA's website. He then revealed his true form and absorbed her. (TS: Tardisode 10) She appeared on his shoulder and by the time the Abzorbaloff revealed his true form to LINDA, she was consumed, though her mouth still moved. What was left of her was destroyed along with the Abzorbaloff when he melted. (TV: Love & Monsters)
