Gandarotethetledrax, or Gander, and his partner Cavis were Gallifreyan Celestial Intervention Agency agents recruited from the Patrexes College. They were totally loyal to Lady President Romana.
Gander regenerated after being impaled on a sword. His new incarnation was more placid than his predecessor and grieved over the death of Cavis.
