Enemy of the Bane is the sixth and final serial in series 2 of The Sarah Jane Adventures
Synopsis

Plot
part one 1. When a mysterious Mrs. Wormwood comes to Rani's mum's flower shop, sarah jane is led into a case. The bane take over Rani's mum and Mrs. Wormwood says she will help as she was blamed for the destruction of the bane mother. She is contained, and after a conversation with luke, is set free. The bane try to destroy Sarah's house, and later she teams up with Commander Kaarg from the tenth Sontaran battle fleet. She hadn't been working for the Bane, but she had been working with Kaarg. KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGHHHH!

- As with series one, the villains in the final story also featured in the opening story. In series one the Slitheen were in the first story Revenge of the Slitheen and returned in the last story of that series The Lost Boy. This time the Sontaran Commander Kaagh is in The Last Sontaran and this story.

- Mrs Wormwood returns along with the Bane. They last appeared in Invasion of the Bane
- Luke has horrible dreams of Mrs Wormwood calling him and he can't sleep and she appears in Luke's bedroom "Hello Luke" (Shown In Next Time Trailer From The Temptation Of Sarah Jane Pt.2)
- Commander Kaagh from The Last Sontaran returns.
- The Brigadier makes his first television appearance since (DW: Battlefield)

- Luke will meet his father a Bane (The Bane that created him) and will be persuaded to turn against Sarah Jane. (In the Mark of the Beserker, Carla Langer tells Luke if his father ever comes back not to forget his Mum.)
