Phosidium

Phosidium was a substance not found anywhere in the Sol system. Trace amounts of it allowed snow to stay light and fluffy, instead of melting. After an unusual snowstorm on Earth, the Eleventh Doctor tasted phosidium in the snow. (WC: Attack of the Snowmen)
