The President of Great Britain on a parallel Earth in 2007 was friends with Pete and Jackie Tyler.
He attended a meeting with John Lumic, the head of Cybus Industries, regarding the Cybermen program. He refused to approve the plan, saying it was unethical and obscene. The President later attended Jackie Tyler's birthday party. Lumic sent the Cybermen to attack the guests at the party and then phoned the President. The President objected to Lumic's plan.
After Lumic had terminated the call, the President tried to reason with the Cybermen and refused to be upgraded. The Cybermen killed him with electricity, which they called "deletion". (TV: Rise of the Cybermen)
