Talon was a Cyberman, one of the force which invaded the Snowcap Base in Antarctica in December 1986 intending to detonate a Z-Bomb in its missile silo. Talon and the other Cybermen were eliminated during the invasion when their home planet and power source, Mondas, disintegrated. (TV: The Tenth Planet)
