HP Sauce

HP Sauce was a brand of sauces. An advert for this suggested to Rose Tyler that the TARDIS had brought her and the Tenth Doctor to England, and not their intended destination of New York in 1956. (TV: The Idiot's Lantern)
Behind the scenes
- Bottles of brown sauce which resemble those of HP Sauce can occasionally be seen on the tables at the Bridge Street Cafe in EastEnders. However, because of the BBC's policy of not showing brand named products on-screen, these are labelled BROWN SAUCE.
