Osgood was the manager of T-Mat's Moonbase. When the base was taken over by Ice Warriors led by Slaar, he ordered him to operate T-Mat link with Earth accordingly. Instead he sabotaged the system, and was killed for doing so. (TV: The Seeds of Death)
