Bob Gell

Bob Gell was a resident of Ambermouth. In 2013, Fifth Doctor attempted to hire his boat after meeting Gell in The Pescadorian. He explained to the Doctor how the local fish and birds had been dying and refused to hire out his boat. Gell became infected by the silicon quartz that pervaded Ambermouth and was released from it when Eldrad was destroyed. (AUDIO: Eldrad Must Die!)
