Bob Gell

Bob Gell was a resident of Ambermouth. In 2013, the Fifth Doctor attempted to hire his boat after meeting Gell in The Pescadorian. He explained to the Doctor how the local fish and birds had been dying and refused to hire out his boat.
Gell became infected by the silicon quartz that pervaded Ambermouth. The crystals grew on his skin and brought him under the control of Eldrad. He prophesied the return of the Kastrian to Jim, whom he attacked and infected. He was released from this hold when Eldrad was destroyed. (AUDIO: Eldrad Must Die!)
