Sean Flannigan

Sean Flannigan was an Irish engineer on Space Station W3 in 2079. He encountered Elton Laleham and Armand Vallance after their space-walk but didn't know they were being controlled by the Cybermen. Vallance tried to kill him but killed Laleham instead. Flannigan was then hypnotised by the Cybermen.
He was freed from the Cybermen's mind control when Leo Ryan put a metal plate on the back of his neck. He and Jamie McCrimmon then freed Vallance from the Cybermen's control. (TV: The Wheel in Space)
