Humanity continued to endure both on Earth and in space during the 2130s.

In 2132, one of the first human colonies, Proxima 2, was having trouble as the native Proximans were dying out. The Eighth Doctor and Sam posed as Earth investigators and found out that the Face-Eater was killing the Proximans. The Proximans managed to destroy it, but unfortunately also doomed their own race in the process. (COMIC: The Doctor and the Nurse) The First Doctor and his granddaughter Susan Foreman visited the city of Urrozdinee in 2134 and became caught up in an assassination plot. (PROSE: Urrozdinee) In 2136, a Selachian assault squad invaded Earth's irst offworld tourist attraction, Hotel Galaxian. They were defeated by the Second Doctor, Ben Jackson and Polly Wright.
