George Gardner was an employee of Condef, a British defense contractor. He discovered the purpose for a break-in of the company was not to steal anything, but to install Silver Bullet System microchips. The Fourth Doctor told him to contact Harry Sullivan at MI5 to report the information. (PROSE: Millennium Shock)
