Windsor was a city in England, best known as the site of Windsor Castle.

In 1638, the Doctor launched Nemesis into orbit to keep it out of the hands of Lady Peinforte, and it returned to Windsor in 1988. (TV: Silver Nemesis)

The global instability caused by the 2060s Myloki conflict reduced Windsor to a smoking ruin; it was still devastated in 2096. (PROSE: The Indestructible Man)
