Luco was a Klim agent of the Daleks. The Dalek Commander sets him free to bring the Fourth Doctor, Sarah Jane Smith and Ticon to a trap. Luco hoped the Daleks would reward him. Ticon kicked him once his treachery was caught. He was exterminated when he was of no use to the Daleks. (COMIC: The Dalek Revenge)
