Amadeus Boscoe

Amadeus Boscoe was president of Concorpia. He had asked Sil for a 14 billion credit loan to help his population. In return for getting the loan Sil asked that he would become a member of his government, which he granted. He said that he no longer had to deal with civil unrest.
