The Veil World was the planet of the Veil race.
At a point in time the planet froze and turned into a ball of ice (WC: Sarah Jane's Alien Files, TV: The Vault of Secrets) A lot of Veil died. However a ship with 100 Veil managed to escape. They crashed on Earth in the 1970s. Androvax wasn't on the planet when it froze. When he returned he only found dead Veil on the planet. He did not know that a ship had managed to leave the planet.
