Romilly was a service technician on Onyakis. He helped the Sixth Doctor and Charlotte Pollard open a view port. he told the Doctor and Charley about what they were mining. He fell off a ledge and thought to be dead. In fact he was hybridized with the Kroton, and wanted to destroy them. (AUDIO: Returns to the Krotons)
