At the 2008 Aurelia Winter Festival in Stockbridge, Mrs Porter offered the Tenth Doctor a cream tea. (COMIC: The Stockbridge Child)

Stockbridge doesn't define a cream tea, but Porter is shown to be applying a knife to something that is likely a scone, and then offering the scone to the Doctor.
