Thoueris
Appearance
Thoueris is described as a psychotic river horse. She is tall and hippo like in appearance and completely blue except for her black hair. She wears green bikini like clothes. (DWM: The Power of Thoueris!)
History
Thoueris came to Earth and hid in the Nile. She demanded the Egyptians pay her tribute. She used a ring on her hand to control Crocodiles in the river, she uses them to kill a person to prove her power. The Doctor insults her and so she throws her knife at him but misses. She then attempts to climb the cliff upon which the Doctor is on. The Doctor blinds her temporarily with oil then lights the oil on fire causing Thoueris to fall but not before the Doctor takes her ring. He uses the ring to make the crocodiles attack her.
