Zhe Ikiyuyu

Zhe Ikiyuyu was an artist on the planet Ouloumos. They were trained to make material through complex mathmatical formulas, called Block Transfer Sculptures. They were trained on Logopolis, but left the museum long before their arrival. 

They held parties, one of which was attended by the Fourth Doctor. Facing criticism of their works, they withdrew them from a gallery and exiled herself to her private retreat on the moon. Zhe used body augematation to change between genders and forms. In need of a muse, they created a sculpture with an AI persona, which in the process created a physical manifestation of their own self-doubt. They spent a century trying to drain the binary aspects of their power, slipping into voluntary stasis. 

Their forms became mutated and attacked the Tenth Doctor and Gabby Gonzalez when visiting Ouloumos. Zhe was in a coma which the Doctor and Gabby free them from. (COMIC: The Arts in Space)
