Palare (pa-lar-ree) was the language developed and used by carnival people and other travelling entertainers. Vorg spoke palare to the Third Doctor (TV: Carnival of Monsters) and even Ace could understand parlare swears. (PROSE: Love and War)
Palare was also spoken by Mike Yates, Alexander Shuttleworth, Jacquilian and Sanki. (PROSE: Happy Endings)
