An I.E patrolman was patrolling around the I.E. compound owned by Tobias Vaughn. He came across a lorry driver (really a UNIT agent) and tried to arrest him because he didn't have a pass. The driver said only the police could arrest him, so the patrolman and the other patrolmen shot the driver and killed him. (TV: The Invasion)
