A presenter appeared on the television show Crime Crackers. He appeared in Dame Kelly Holmes Close while he told the viewers that a young boy called Dale Hicks and a young girl called Jane McEllen had gone missing and the police had no idea where they were. He encouraged the viewers to phone in to a nineteen-digit phone number and give information to the "East London Council". (WC: Tardisode 11)
