The Walled City of Kowloon was located in Hong Kong. At one point, it had been a slum, but by 1974 it was home to over twenty thousand people.
The Doctor imprisoned the Platinum Dragon here thousands of years earlier, unaware that so many people would be living here in the future. Every one hundred eight years the Doctor had to return to the city to prevent the dragon from waking. In 1974, the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown arrived here to prevent its waking. (PROSE: Exclave)
