Ealing was a district of London. Bannerman Road — the home of Luke and Sarah Jane Smith, as well as the families of Maria Jackson and Rani Chandra — was in Ealing. The families of Kelsey Harper and Clyde Langer also lived in Ealing. (DW: The Stolen Earth) A local newspaper was the Ealing Echo.

Behind the scenes

In the real world, Ealing is the home to Ealing Studios, an important recording location for many serials of the 1963 version of Doctor Who.
