Bad Wolf (entity)

After looking into the Heart of the TARDIS, Vortex energy filled Rose Tyler and infusing her with god-like powers.

The name 'Bad Wolf entity' does not appear in the stoy itself. However, it describes Rose's changed persona at the time of her infusion with the Vortex energy.

While possessed of these powers, Rose/the entity out to spread the Bad Wolf meme through time and space. This way, the the Doctor and Rose's own past self would eventually follow the clues to enable them to defeat the Daleks.

With her powers, Rose destroyed the entire Dalek fleet and Dalek on Satelllite Five. She also restored Captain Jack Harkness to life. (DW: The Parting of the Ways) As shown subsequently, Jack could also no longer die and had a number of other newfound powers. (TW: Everything Changes, others).

We do not know if she also restored to life the other victims of the Daleks or restored the damage down to Earth itself done by Dalek weapons used in planetary orbit.

The Doctor restored Rose to her merely human self by orally absorbing the Vortex energy into his own body, a process that would prove destructive to his cellular structure and so prompt the Doctor's next regneration. (DW: The Parting of the Ways)
