"We Are Coming" Series 3, subtitled Children of Earth will consist of one continuous story, broadcasted over a period of 5 consecutive nights. The series will have a new producer: Peter Bennett. Veteran Doctor Who Director Euros Lyn will direct the entire series. Russell T Davies will write three episodes and is also writing the overall story arc. James Moran and John Fay will both write on episode each.[1] This is consistent with the announcement that the first episode of the series will be shown by the British Film Institute on 12 June.[2]

Synopsis

In the 1960S the Goverment made a deal, with a alien race knwon only as the 456, and now they have returned to Earth again. Making every child in the world stop still and say "WE ARE COMING", it has happened before, but when? Also a cynical government agent named Johnson seeks to expose Torchwood, but can Torchwood save the earth and every child on it, before she does?
