Kylex-12 or sometimes Kyle was an android created by the Nix, he was a servant of Teldek and when her ship crashed he teleported to Earth, where he helped her establish herself in the civilisation and conceal herself from the Nix. She instructed Kylex-12 to search the Earth for other extra-terrestrial visitors. He later dated Tegan Jovanka when he sensed a temporal energy signature which are harmless exotic particals, a side affect of TARDIS travel, after the Doctor left here at Heathrow Airport. They met again after this with the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa. (AUDIO: The Waters of Amsterdam)
