The Fulgurites were an alien race who were involved in the trafficking of humans across the galaxy for slave labour with the full knowledge of the British government in 1966. The First Doctor and Steven put an end to the Fulgurites' activities with the assistance of Oliver Harper. (AUDIO: The Perpetual Bond)
