Sergeant Harris was a UNIT officer serving under Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart. After Channing attempted to kidnap the Third Doctor in an ambulance, Captain Jimmy Munro told Harris to head towards the main gate and stop the ambulance. (TV: Spearhead from Space)
