Badblood

Badblood was a forbidden planet. It sat beneath a layer of atomised carbon. It had a colony which people thought had failed because it was cut of from the rest of the Earth Empire, becase the colonist wouldn;t agree to trade tariffs. It's original settlers were of Chinese and European descent. The planet had a curse which meant that the cities were mobile as to follow the light as vampires attacked during darkness.
