Borga was an Unon. She blocked the Ninth Doctor from leaving the Perpetual City in his TARDIS, and tried provoking him by mentioning the blood that stained the Doctor's hands. She accompanied the Doctor and Jack Harkness to Traxis to help them close a time fissure. (COMIC: Weapons of Past Destruction)
