Summary
The Eighth Doctor is in a bar, some things happen, he talks about his recent adventures to a barman, who turns out to be someone else (not that the Doctor finds out).

- The title might be a reference to the american program Cheers since in the opening music, you can hear "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" and the episodes are generally set in the bar.
