David Clayton was an American artist.

Dr August Mirakle sent him to Brother Tomas for help with his bad dreams. However, this was only so Tomas could transform him into a creature for the use of the Brotherhood of the Immanent Flesh. After changing his lover Claudette Engadine as well, they were sent to infiltrate Montague's group. He discovered their purpose and made them into his servants. (PROSE: The Death of Art)
