Albany

Albany was a city in the state of New York. The employees working at Mathew O'Hara's site in the Catskill Mountains would go into Albany for shopping on Sundays. (PROSE: Cat's Cradle: Warhead)

When the Eighth Doctor dropped Fitz and Anji off in a small village in Vermont, he instructed them the nearest airport was in Albany. After their investigation, they took a five AM flight out of that airport to meet the Doctor in New Orleans. (PROSE: The City of the Dead)

Though it's possible that a real world location doesn't exist in the same geographic space in the Doctor Who universe, such cases are few and far between. Thus, the map to the right is probably a good indicator of the DWU location of Albany.
