Rogers Air Force Base was located in the between the mountains. The First Doctor and Dodo Chaplet were taken to the base in March 1965 by General Charles Marchant. (PROSE: Salvation)
In the early 21st century, Mathew O'Hara's house was located there, and he had the site for his project constructed nearby. The site was destroyed by Vincent Wheaton. (PROSE: Cat's Cradle: Warhead)
