Patricia Maynard played Hilda Winters in the Doctor Who story Robot. She reprised the role in Test of Nerve & Mirror, Signal, Manoeuvre.
Maynard's other credits included roles on Dixon of Dock Green, Paul Temple, Doomwatch, Crossroads, The Sweeney, Hammer House of Horror, Emmerdale, Minder, Coronation Street, Holby City and Eastenders. She is best known for playing Dr Joanna Whitworth on General Hospital and Beth Radley on Within These Walls.
