In the 1960s, the cast of Crossroads were transported to the Moon by samurai jellyfish. They were rescued by Iris Wildthyme and MIAOW. (AUDIO: The Land of Wonder)

Actor Stephen Whittaker who played Stephen Weams in The Web of Fear appeared in the show.
Crossroads was spun off into a comic series in the magazine Lady Penelope alongside crossovers with the Doctor Who universe.
