The Advanced Space Travel Institute on the planet Zot was where Professor Neob Frankel was employed. When Frankel was enlisted by Kurt Wurlitzer to help the Second Doctor rescue his son, the Professor provides a rubber space vehicle from the Institute, which, through absorbing radio waves, could not be detected.
